Unsurprisingly, pop wunderkin trio Hanson has been killing it across North America this summer, entertaining legions of fans in support of their new, self-released album, Shout It Out, which debuted at #2 on the Billboard independent charts. After a brief early-fall break, they’ll get back on the road starting November 1st for a string of dates throughout the Southeast and East Coast.
The current live Hanson experience features the soul-infused sounds of the new album as well as the expected blasts from the past and some unexpected covers – altogether, it’s a show that persuaded the New York Times to admit, “HANSON has evolved into a nuanced and largely respected musical outfit”.
Check out the new tour dates below, after the infectious video for the single “Thinking ‘Bout Somethin,” (which I just had to re-post upon realizing that the tambourine player, whose dance moves steal the show, is none other than “Weird” Al Yankovic. How did I not see it?!)
