Oklahoma singers and musicians performed during the “Music as Oklahoma's Creative Industry” dinner Tuesday at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum.
The gifts and talents of Oklahoma singers and musicians were celebrated Tuesday during a special dinner at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Musuem.
Music stars like the pop group Hanson, violinist Kyle Dillingham and opera singer Leona Mitchell performed before a crowd of about 1,000 who gathered for the “Music as Oklahoma's Creative Industry” dinner. The dinner was part of the Creativity World Forum that continues today in Oklahoma City.

Other Oklahomans on the program included gospel recording artist Sandi Patty, country and western singer Wanda Jackson, fiddler Byron Berline and songwriter Jimmy Webb.
