Country music star and native Okie Blake Shelton shares relationship advice in this month's edition of Cosmopolitan magazine.

He advises ladies to be one of the guys, writing "It strikes a guy when a woman isn't clingy but still lets you know she's with you. It's a balancing act, but I've always liked it when a woman can blend in with my friends and not just sit in the corner."

So, ladies, it's good to be a friend, too. If women can hang at the sports bar, that's all the more romantic, the cowboy says.

MMMBashed

Rolling Stone magazine readers voted Tulsa trio's breakout hit "MMMBop" No. 6 in a recent top 10 list that ticked down the worst songs of the '90s.

The voting happened last week via the website and Twitter accounts of Rolling Stone. "Many see Hanson as a one-hit wonder band, but their fan base has remained incredibly loyal and they continue to play big shows" the magazine reports.

The three worst songs, according to RS readers? Billy Ray Cyrus' "Achy Breaky Heart," Los Del Rio's "Macarena" and Aqua's "Barbie Girl."

Well, they got the worst one right. See the full list at tulsaworld.com/worstsongs

Clarkson and Lambert?

"American Idol" and pop star Kelly Clarkson recently told Taste of Country that her ideal duet would be with ... Miranda Lambert. She also mentioned pop starlet Adele. Clarkson recently formed a side project called Already Famous that recently recorded a set of demos in Norman.

During the live chat to promote her new single "Mr. Know it All," Clarkson hinted that she recently recorded a song and video with another "American Idol" contestant (whom she wouldn't name). Hmmm. Her latest solo album, "Stronger" is due for release Oct. 24.
