For whatever reason, fights between family bands is a seldom occurrence
Sure, there is no shortage of in-fighting between siblings in the same
band, but inter-band family feuds? There are just not enough -- until Hanson fired the first venomous barrage at Kings of Leon.
In a lengthy diatribe, Isaac Hanson told WENN, "I have a hard time with musicians who act like pricks because it just makes me mad." He further explained, "If you're actually making a living doing it, pinch yourself every day, because it goes if you don't love it and people will eventually get pissed off."
Then, specifically addressing their recent tour cancellation he continued, "I'm gonna call somebody out on it -- the Kings of Leon are running some risks. They're irritating people and you can't do that too much. Eventually the bad boy image affects fans' willingness to show up."
Isaac didn't stop there, firing off another volley at Oasis, the kings of trash talk. "Oasis got that too and it hurt them ultimately, because it made it hard for people to have a lot of fun at their shows -- because they were worried that Noel was gonna get pissed off and walk off," he said. Not many people would disagree with him on that point, and it definitely takes some backbone to get into that territory with the notoriously acerbic Gallagher brothers
So, with that, we can only wonder who will be the next group of rockers to get called out by the guys who wrote 'MMMBop.'
